All Cisco WMS is a love/hate thing. When it works, life is good. But when it bugs out it seems like an almost infinite game of debug until you get to the one DBA in India that can figure things out. And the upgrade process to PI sucks- there is no way to be kind about it. The only thing worse is trying to get the MSE’s upgraded and re-licensed. It’s a bummer that products with such promise are such a throbbing pain in the ass to upgrade and keep running at times.
